This assumes Kouyate is out. Lanzini I would bring on for Arnie. Better to ride out the physical side for the first 60 with Arnautovic ( assuming he is committed / working hard or he comes off earlier ). A fresh Lanzini in the later part of the game might be more effective. Against teams like Chelsea he aint physically strong enough IMO. Hope Fernandes does not go back to the lightweight he was either.

No injury news for months ever since Stijn Vandenbroucke left. From having loads of news about players in his weekly brief there is nothing apart from the obvious club statements. Poor actually but what do we expect these days.
